The Icy Dragon Sword was created after a modding hoax. So somethng like this could be done... once you find a way to go around all the legal problems.

I don't have the program to manipulate artwork the way some do, but I have a suggestion: Remove the frickin' faceguards on the necro armors! Just doing that alone would improve THOSE armors DRASTICALLY!!!

You can hardly call it cheating, since it's only client sided.

The environment certainly is. But armorwise it lacks a lot of creativity and originality.

I'm not familiar with this. Care to enlighten me?

And why is this? Of course people will disagree with the judges. That's because everyone has it's own taste.

Poor argument, considering theoretical "client side" hacks can do things like show all the skills being activated on the enemy team at once, or a bot to fire interrupts with inhuman response time.

We both know Texmod isn't capable of doing that.
(Yes, I am aware you said "theoretical "client side" hacks")

If this contest became a reality, within 3 days ArenaNet would be swamped by an army of 6-foot penises.
Remember Spore?

Valve has generally encouraged such community behavior, even going as far to provide the SDK toolkits for most all of their games. TF2 new rotation of maps are largely community made maps that became popular.
Arenanet is not valve, this won't happen.

You can't argue my humble opinion - but if you want to know, cartography title.
"# Eligibility (location): Entries will be accepted from legal residents of the United States (excluding the State of Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military installations and commonwealths), Canada (excluding Quebec) and Europe. (Canadian residents will be required to answer an additional mathematical question in order to claim their prize.)"
